Paleontologists have discovered remains of a 98 million-year-old titanosaur in Neuquén province in Patagonia in northwestern Argentina. Their research published on January 12, 2021, said the fossilised remains might be from the largest creature to have ever walked the Earth. The massive fossils were discovered in 2012, but work to excavate them only got under way in 2015.
