The Institute for National Defence and Security Research (INDSR) is a prominent Taiwanese think tank based in Taipei. Inaugurated in May 2018, its primary mission is to safeguard Taiwan’s democracy and prosperity by fostering mutual understanding and advancing common interests within the global and domestic defence and security community. As Taiwan’s top military think tank, INDSR focuses on national security, defence strategies, Chinese military affairs, and cyber security. It conducts knowledge-based policy analyses and strategic assessments, with Su Tzu-yun serving as a senior analyst.
