Tommy Cheung Yu-yan
Tommy Cheung Yu-yan is a prominent Hong Kong politician and businessman. He currently serves as a long-standing member of the Legislative Council, representing the Catering functional constituency, and is a non-official member of the Executive Council. As Leader of the Liberal Party and Chairman of the Hong Kong Catering Industry Association, he champions the interests of the food and beverage sector. His accomplishments include promoting Japanese food imports and recently confirming a further round of coupons for afternoon tea for elderly residents. He has also been involved in significant legislative efforts, such as advocating for reforms at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and supporting national security legislation.
