Hong Kong's flood storage tank opens to the public in Kingsley Ng exhibition

An interactive exhibition will take members of the public inside Tai Hang Tung Floodwater Storage Tank. After The Deluge is a site-specific work by artist Kingsley Ng. It is inspired by how the mythical Chinese emperor Yu the Great diverted the Yellow River.
