Thai tour boat tragedy leaves at least 48 dead

A Thai tour boat, the Phoenix, was carrying 105 passengers when it sank off the holiday island of Phuket. The accident has left 48 dead, mostly Chinese tourists. A further 48 passengers and crew from the boat were found and rescued on Thursday.
