71kg of garbage found in stomach of stray pregnant cow in India

Veterinary surgeons in India have found 71kg (157lbs) of garbage in the stomach of a pregnant stray cow. The surgeons tried to remove the trash, including plastic, nails, marbles and other waste, from the animal’s stomach during a four-hour surgery on February 22, 2021. Unfortunately the cow and its unborn calf did not survive the operation. A warning that viewers may find some of the images in this video disturbing.
