In the Indian-administered region of Kashmir, at least 16 children have died after consuming a cough syrup called Coldbest-PC. But the deaths were only the tip of the iceberg. Three drug makers – Digital Vision, Marion Biotech and Maiden Pharmaceuticals – are at the centre of the cases. But so far no one has been held responsible.
