North Korea reportedly photographs White House and Pentagon with spy satellite

North Korea claims its new spy satellite has photographed the White House, Pentagon defence headquarters, areas of the strategic island of Guam and other US sites. Washington and Pyongyang engaged in a rare, public diplomatic scuffle at a UN Security Council meeting, with envoys from each arguing that their nations have acted in self-defence. North Korea has been under UN sanctions for its ballistic missile and nuclear programmes since 2006.
