Villager killed in Thai-Cambodia border shooting amid ceasefire suspension

Cambodia has accused Thailand of firing at civilians along their shared border on November 12, 2025. Phnom Penh said a villager died and three others were injured. This followed a decision by Thailand to suspend a peace deal with Cambodia after a Thai soldier was injured by a landmine during border patrol.
