South Korea’s ‘Dubai-style’ chocolate cookies leave fans drooling

A new chocolate dessert inspired by ‘Dubai chocolate’ is going viral in South Korea. It is made by stuffing pistachio cream and a shredded pastry called kadaif into a chocolate marshmallow. In South Korea, the dessert is selling out fast, and it doesn’t come cheap – each cookie costs 6,500 won (US$4.40). In Hong Kong, it costs HK$70 (US$8.98).
