A rare albino buffalo nicknamed “Donald Trump”, due to its distinctive blond hair, has become an unlikely internet celebrity in Bangladesh. The buffalo’s fame has drawn visitors from across the country for a photo with the animal before it is eventually sacrificed for Eid al-Adha. The Islamic “Festival of Sacrifice,” which begins on the evening of May 26, 2026, will see more than 12 million livestock slaughtered.
