Explosion at China chemical plant causes casualties

A controversial chemical plant in Zhangzhou, Fujian province, exploded for the second time in two years last night, causing casualties in and around the facility and a toxic chemical spill. State television reported that at least one person was injured at the chemical plant and at least five others nearby were hit by glass.
