Chinese premier’s 2019 work report

Chinese Premier Li Keqiang delivered the government’s annual work report during the March 5, 2019 opening of the National People’s Congress in Beijing. The report indicated that the government expects slightly slower GDP growth and a smaller increase in military spending for the coming year.
