China’s industrial heartland ‘sacrificed’ in war on pollution

Aiming to tackle the serious air pollution problem in China, Beijing’s anti-pollution campaign has put pressure on industrial workers. The war on pollution, together with an economic slowdown and a protracted trade war with the US, are affecting factories and lives in one of China's most populous regions.
