China’s plan for massive military parade to celebrate its 70th anniversary

China will hold a grand military parade showcasing some of its most advanced weapons to mark the nation’s 70th anniversary, officials announced on August 29, 2019. 

Held in Beijing’s Tiananmen Square on October 1, the military parade is expected to be the biggest in the communist state’s history.
