Chinese drones among new military aircraft highlighted at Zhuhai Airshow

From new drones to state-of-the-art jets, China showed off its military prowess at the Zhuhai Airshow on September 28, 2021. The country’s biggest air show comes as Beijing pushes  to upgrade its military arsenal by 2035. Experts say that the new aircraft will play a major role in the Taiwan Strait and the South China Sea, and help Beijing position itself as an “alternative supplier” of advanced weapons at relatively affordable prices.
