Former private tutors become top-selling live-streamers in China

Since for-profit private tutoring was banned in China last year, the largest private education company in the country has pivoted to the live streaming industry. A group of former private tutors have become top-selling product promoters on the platform. With a small whiteboard, they sell the goods as if they were giving a lesson to their students.
