‘Monster fish’ caught in Shanghai as hunt for alligator gar continues to captivate China

Officials in the Chinese city of Shanghai caught an alligator gar from a river on September 3, 2022, as media attention focuses on the razor-toothed fish many residents describe as a “monster fish”.
