China zoo dyes dogs to look like pandas, triggering claims of animal cruelty

Two extremely popular animals identified as “panda dogs” at a zoo in China are actually chow canines, dyed black and white to look like the wild bears. While the gimmick has drawn  crowds of curious onlookers and garnered millions of views online, some have accused the zoo of animal abuse.
