Face masks mandatory in Hong Kong as city tightens up measures to control Covid-19
Hong Kong Secretary for Food and Health Prof Sophia Chan Siu-chee said the government will require face masks to be worn in all indoor public spaces, as well as at public transport terminals and interchange stops across the city. Speaking in a press conference on July 22, 2020, Chan said the new rules will take effect from July 23 and last 14 days until August 5.
