How a Hong Kong NGO is helping the elderly take care of themselves when they can't

In Hong Kong, there are 78,581 households consisting of just two elderly people, according to the 2011 census.  If one becomes ill the other must provide care. Lun Ming-fong (age 79) has been caring for her husband for 10 years but worries she may not be able to do it for much longer.
