Overseas voters in Hong Kong follow the Presidential debate

Over 7 million Americans live outside of the U.S, an estimated 60 000 of them in Hong Kong. Julian Jesse lives with his wife and two children in Sha Tin, and plans to vote for the Democrat ticket.
