Flooding and traffic chaos captured on social media for Hong Kong's first 'black storm' event of 2017

A black rainstorm warning was issued by the Hong Kong Observatory on Wednesday after hours of rain drenched Hongkongers. Videos of drains overflowing and cars caught in flash floods were posted on Instagram and Facebook.
