Hong Kong leader announces end of quarantine rule for residents arriving from Chinese mainland

Hong Kong residents returning from mainland China will be exempted from mandatory 14-day quarantines starting from November, the city’s Chief Executive Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor said on October 27, 2020.
