Hong Kong leader Carrie Lam on economic recovery, local elections and stability

Hong Kong Chief Executive Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor addressed challenges that the city faces on April 20, 2021 in a Chinese state media interview. The city’s leader said the worst times have passed for the Special Administrative Region (SAR) of China, and that the government estimates annual economic growth for 2021 will be about 3-5 per cent.
