Hong Kong opposition activist Agnes Chow living in Canada, says she has no plans to return

Prominent Hong Kong opposition activist Agnes Chow Ting said she does not plan to return to the city after moving to Canada to study, despite being required to report to police by late December 2023, as part of a national security law investigation. Her plans prompted a warning by Beijing saying that no one is above the law.
