What do Muslims in China eat?

There are ten historically Muslim minorities in China, with the two main ones being the Huis and Uyghurs.

Their food is less varied but fairly distinct from that of other Chinese regions, primarily because they don't eat pork, which is haram (forbidden) in Islam.
