Hong Kong health authorities warn of bacteria risk after dozens of cases tied to freshwater fish

Hong Kong health authorities have confirmed an outbreak of a potentially dangerous bacterial infection linked to freshwater fish from local markets. Officials said that 40 per cent of nearly 80 cases detected over a five-week period were connected to the same sources of the fish.
