The Hongkonger making music out of the daily noise of the city

Most people don’t think much about the sounds they hear as they go about their daily lives. But urban sounds are music to the ears of Laurie Lau. The 27-year-old musician has taken sounds he recorded around Hong Kong and remixed them into a series called Have a Good Day. Fragments of his melodies have been widely shared on social media, earning tens of thousands of likes.
