Xpeng, a leading Chinese smart electric vehicle (EV) company, said on Friday that its P7 mid-size car, guided by its Navigation Guided Pilot function, a newly released feature, had “set some of the most successful records to date over long distances in real road conditions in China”. A fleet of the battery-powered car drove from Guangzhou to Beijing between March 19 and 26.
