Nvidia to resume selling H20 graphic processing chips to China in boon for AI

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang says the US government has approved for the chipmaker to file licences to start shipping H20 artificial intelligence chips to China. In a statement, the company announced on July 15, 2025, it would sell a made-for-China computer chip to customers in the country. Huang is in Beijing for his third visit this year to the world’s second-largest economy amid a deepening and widening rivalry with the US.
