NRA chief refuses to commit to outright ban on ‘bump stocks’ after Las Vegas shooting

National Rifle Association chief executive Wayne LaPierre on Sunday refused to commit to an outright ban on ‘bump stocks’, devices that may have been used in the Las Vegas shooting.
