Chinese actress Crystal Liu Yifei will star in the lead role of the live-action ‘Mulan’ film, due for release in 2019. Disney's casting choice for the legendary Chinese female warrior has won praise after several Hollywood studios were criticised for whitewashing Asian characters in films.
