Thousands gather for Scarlet Sails Festival in St. Petersburg

Fireworks lit up the sky in St. Petersburg on Saturday night, as 80,000 middle school students celebrated school graduation alongside football fans, as the Russian team found victory in the World Cup on the night of the Scarlet Sails festival.
