Donald Trump's furniture moved out of the White House to make way for next US president, Joe Biden

Furniture belonging to outgoing US President Donald Trump and his wife Melania was removed from the White House on the morning of January 20, 2021, immediately after the couple left to fly to the state of Florida, breaking with tradition by skipping the inauguration of Joe Biden as the 46th US president. Immediately after Trump's departure, crews started preparing the White House for Biden and his wife Jill, who will move in after he takes his oath of office.
