Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has accused Russia of stoking a global crisis by causing food and fuel shortages in a bid to divert global attention away from its invasion of Ukraine. In an interview with the Post, Zelensky warned that Russia’s plans would drag the international community into a new world war.
