Researchers in Singapore use AI to read minds through brain scans

Researchers from the National University of Singapore say they have developed an AI mind-reading system. Called MinD-Vis, the mind-reading AI generates the image it thinks the participant is viewing by deciphering brainwave patterns. While the legal and ethical standards in the AI area have yet to be set, researchers say the mind-reading technology can greatly help people with mobility impairments in the future.
