The Russian embassy in Seoul has hung a giant banner declaring “Victory will be ours” ahead of the fourth anniversary of the war in Ukraine. South Korea, which opposes Moscow’s invasion of Ukraine and its recruitment of North Korean soldiers, has formally protested against the display.
