Football brings joy to Palestinian amputees

Palestinian amputee football players are back on the field thanks to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Gaza Strip's Deir al-Balah. They organise training sessions and football leagues for amputees that suffered through the 2014 Israel-Gaza war, which were temporarily suspended due to coronavirus restrictions.
