Let's Go Pikachu and Let's Go Eevee is coming the Nintendo Switch.

It’s that time of year again, when video game enthusiasts gush over gameplay videos, new game trailers, and any little tidbit of info about the upcoming E3 Expo. Before we are all amazed by the glorious reveals starting on June 12 in sunny Los Angeles, here are the 5 games we can’t wait to see at E3.

Pokemon: Let’s go Pikachu/ Eevee

After all the rumours of a Pokemon game coming to the Nintendo Switch, we finally get a glimpse of the new Pokemon: Let’s go Pikachu/Let’s go Eevee. As the trailer hinted last week, the game will be going back to the Kanto region in a 3D remake of the classic Pokemon Yellow. Additionally, the new game will have multiplayer and allow players to transfer Pokemon from mobile hit Pokemon Go. We hope to see more info on Pokemon: Let’s go Pikachu /Eevee at this year’s E3.

Fallout 76

It wouldn’t be E3 without something huge from Bethesda and they didn’t disappoint. Fallout 76’s trailer has dropped, and we now know the name of the next addition to the storied Fallout series. Even though not much can be seen on the trailer, we know that we will be playing as a resident of Vault 76, a control group that doesn’t go through any of the twisted experiments that the Vault-Tec Corporation typically performs on unsuspecting citizens. Without a doubt we will be seeing more of chipper Vault-Tec mascot Vault boy and additional Fallout news next week.

Beyond Good and Evil 2

Since last year’s reveal of Beyond Good and Evil 2 at E3, many fans are eager to get some gameplay footage or demos of the game. The recent trailer has reminded us what this great game has in store for us while hinting that there will be more to see or even play at E3 2018. The developers have confirmed it is a direct sequel to 2003’s cult hit, so expect to see more of Jade, the plucky investigative reporter/martial artist from the first in the series.

The Last of Us Part II

The Last of Us was an amazing and unforgettable game that had storytelling elements to rival the best film the Oscars have to offer. We are all dying to know about Ellie and Joel’s whereabouts in the post-apocalyptic world. From the trailer for the second game that hit the web earlier this year, we are happy to see that Ellie is alive and well. However it would be great to see a bit more artwork, screenshots or even a gameplay demo at E3.

Super Smash Bros.

Remember when you got your switch you told yourself, “I can’t wait for Smash Bros. to come on the Switch!” Fear not, Super Smash Bros. on the Switch has been confirmed for E3 2018. The recent teaser trailer has already shown us that the Splatoon characters will be joining the line-up. What other characters could join the brawl, and how will multiplayer would work on this new iteration? We can’t wait to find out.
