“[The storytelling event held by staff volunteers from Hong Kong Disneyland] definitely strengthened the bond between me and my daughter,” said Lee Chingmy, the mother of one of the children taking part. Since 2010, staff volunteers have been organising storytelling sessions for children each month.

The event provides valuable memories for working parents to share with their children. “I work at the airport so I don’t get to see my daughter much,” Lee said. “[At this event], I get to spend more time with my daughter ... these moments are precious to me.”
