“It’s been a tough year and I hope this podcast can help us explore what we’re going through and spark new conversations with our loved ones,” Obama said on Twitter.

Among other things, the talks will focus on the relationship between siblings, child rearing and health issues.

With her family and friends she wants to discuss the relationships that make us who we are, she said in a video, noting the aim of helping listeners to talk about these issues with their families themselves.
