K-pop megastars BTS announce Hong Kong tour dates, win American Music Award

Recently named one of Time Magazine's 25 biggest influences, the South Korean band have added the city to their Love Yourself tour

Fresh from their “Favourite Social Artist” win at the American Music Awards on Tuesday night (US time), BTS added new dates to their world tour - and yes, Hong Kong is on the list!

Live Nation announced this morning that the Korean boy band will play four shows at AsiaWorld-Expo, on March 20 and 21, then 23 and 24. So far, the Love Yourself tour has taken the boys to North America, Europe and Japan, as well as including two sell-out shows - a total of 90,000 tickets - in the South Korean capital, Seoul.

The K-pop megastars have been making waves around the world recently, most notably following their speech at the United Nations to launch the Unicef campaign “Generation Unlimited”, which will promote education, training and employment.
