For Hongkongers, our lives have been upended by the unprecedented fifth wave of Covid-19. As students in the city brace themselves for school closures and some form of a citywide lockdown, we are inevitably spending more time on our phones and computers. But sometimes, we just need a break from staring at our screens.

We hear you.

So during the school suspension period, we offer a podcast for our readers, called Snack for the Soul. When you tune in, you can close your eyes for a few minutes and hear about how other students in the city are coping in such difficult times.

This week, Yuhan Huang from German Swiss International School talks about how she has been affected by the recent school suspensions and discusses a word she came across to describe how she has been feeling.
