This Mother's Day, give your mum the gift of poetry to show her your love.

‘Sweetie, you can’t do that! ’

‘Sweetie, go study now! ’

‘Sweetie, come and help me! ’

I hate being told what to do.

Calling me sweetie is disgusting.

Asking me to work is annoying.

But deep down,

she’s a good mum.

She sacrifices all the things to me.

The time, the love, the money…

Her love is unlimited.

Her help is unconditional.

How can she do this to me?

That leaves me heavy dependence on her.

I can’t live without her.

She means so much, too much

to me.

Can you sense it?
