Two black clad figures slink through the shadows. A thunderous roar penetrates the air and the pair dive into a crater; a split second later, a deafening blast sends a cascading wave of mud crashing down into their shelter. A burst of bullets spray back in response into an enemy concealed within a pile of debris. A sudden crack of sound; one drops to his knees, his shoulder drenched in blood. As the other soldier looks back at his partner, an object  drops between them. Without hesitation, he leaps forward, wrapping his body over the grenade as his brother screams.
