The name of my film would be The Magnificent Seven. In it, seven members represent the world’s seven continents. Their mission is to obtain a special germ which will absorb the Earth’s greenhouse gases.

Austrian-German actor Christoph Waltz would represent Europe, and he is captain of the alliance. He dresses as a medieval knight. Calm and tactical, he is a superb swordsman armed with a mysterious sword forged by Merlin during the time of King Arthur. The sword can cut through anything and is particularly detrimental to witches and evil spirits.

Canto-pop star Keung To would represent Asia. He dresses like the Monkey King and has superhuman stamina and speed. He can transfer himself into 72 different species. His weapon is a long stick which can throw fire balls. He is a true warrior who stands with the captain until the end.

American actor Will Smith would represent North America. He is an expert archer, who can fire two or three arrows at the same time. He is the team’s responsible scout.

Australian professional cowboy Jamie Kunze would be able to communicate with animals. His weapon is a rope and a pistol, though he is also good at hand-to-hand combat and at using a spear and sling. He is the cavalry of the team.

Professional wrestler Phillip Paul Lloyd, who is South African, would represent Africa. He possesses superhuman strength and endurance and has the ability to release cosmic energy through his hands.

Brazilian mixed martial artist Wanderlei Silva would represent South America. He has exceptional strength and fighting skills. He holds a magical axe that releases lightning.

American professional wrestler Ronda Rousey would represent Antarctica. She is an exceptional tracker with superhuman senses and has the power to freeze any moving objects. Her will is icy cold.

My top pick for the villain would be Josh Brolin, famous for playing Thanos in the Avengers films, as he is sophisticated and intelligent. Brolin would play a gifted scientist who is able to invent human-sized mechanical kaiju, a Japanese term for monsters. His purpose is to defeat the team and take the germs.

I think this film will be a blockbuster during the Christmas holiday!

My idea would be a sci-fi movie called Key to the New Dimensions, set in three universes in parallel dimensions connected by a wormhole with a specific time of entrance.

In the film, the antagonist, Dr Jacob Reeves, is trying to converge the three parallel dimensions with a super energy converter, the Dimension Door. He wants to release the dark energy between the parallel universes. The key to the Dimension Door is in the DNA of a person called Jonathan Silver and his identical counterparts in the other two parallel dimensions. Professor Robinson, the inventor of the Dimension Door, had implanted the key in Silver.

Twisted Powers, the gatekeeper of the dimensions, knows the secret and tries to stop Dr Reeves. When Silver is kidnapped by Dr Reeves, Twisted Powers saves him and reveals the secret. The two try to warn Silver’s counterparts of the approaching disaster.

Meanwhile, Dr Reeves travels back in time to force Professor Robinson to give him the key but fails. He captures a toddler Silver and an elderly Silver in the other parallel universes. After taking their DNA, Dr Reeves launches an attack on Twisted Powers, targeting the remaining Silver. In the final part of the movie, Dr Reeves takes Silver in the Dimension Door, and activates the self-explosion.

But Professor Robinson had made the programme to permanently trap Dr Reeves inside the wormhole, and Jonathan sacrifices his life in the explosion. The film ends with Twisted Powers at Silver’s funeral, while the other Silvers are safe in their own universes.

I would cast Timothee Chalamet as Jonathan Silver. The male lead in the sci-fi film Dune, Chalamet has recently skyrocketed in popularity. His style of acting is more emotional and sensitive, which is what I want my audience to see in Jonathan Silver. Time magazine has even listed the actor as a “next generation leader”.

For Dr Reeves, I would cast Joaquin Phoenix. I believe that the best actor of the 2020 Academy Awards can become immersed in his role as my film’s antagonist and unleash the character’s dark power.

I hope this film will be engraved in the minds of all sci-fi fans!
