Sweet idea

I would eat lunch with Winnie the Pooh and eat his honey! Winnie the Pooh loves honey and he always has some with him, so I’m sure he’d be pleased with my idea for lunch!

Pottering about

Harry Potter. I really like him, and he’s handsome, so having lunch with him would be a dream come true. I would eat sushi with him, because I like it very much. Also, I’m not sure whether they have sushi at Hogwarts, so it would be good for him to try it.

Magical meal

It would have to be Doraemon. That’s because his tummy has a pocket that is filled with props and magic items. One of these props is a tablecloth. It’s magical (of course) so it can be as long as you want, and anything you want to eat will appear on the tablecloth. This makes it very convenient and portable. You don’t have to prepare anything, and you can get all the food you want without money.

If I had such a tablecloth, I would like to have a nutritious lunch. But I wouldn’t eat too much, and I would at least try to have a balanced meal!

Dim sum diet

Doraemon, because it is my favourite cartoon character. He has a lot of magic weapons that can help me do whatever I want.

Since Doraemon is from Japan, he always eats Japanese food. If I had lunch with him I would eat dim sum and other traditional Hong Kong foods such as egg tarts and pineapple buns. I wonder if he would like them!

Childish fun

I would like to eat Chinese food with Mr Bean because he is a goofy person who is very funny. Watching him eat Chinese food for the first time would be hilarious – I wouldn’t even have to eat anything, because just watching him would be great entertainment!

This is no joke

The Joker, obviously! Even though he’s a maniac, he’s a cute psycho and I’m obsessed! Perhaps I can ask him for some make-up tips. When it comes to what to eat, I think he’d love to take on a new challenge. So, balut it is! Balut is a duck egg that’s got a duckling inside. It might sound gross (and I may or may not throw up), but at least it will be a lunch date to remember!

Cat’s whiskers

I love Garfield, the fat orange cat. He is very lazy and naughty. He only likes to eat human food and he loves lasagne almost as much as me, so I would get to have my favourite food for lunch with my favourite character!

A risky suggestion

I think I’d have a meal with Willy Wonka. Then you would be able to eat one of his many delights. What about the (perfected) bubblegum with the flavours of a three-course meal? You just have to hope you don’t turn into a giant blueberry afterwards. How about the food that you can eat by reaching through the television? That would be great, as long as you don’t accidentally end up super small. On second thoughts, it might be better not to have lunch with Willy Wonka, it’s too risky.

Apple power

If I could have lunch with a fictional character, I would choose Steve from Minecraft. I love Minecraft, and Steve is the original character from this game.

I would eat golden apples with him because they are very useful in the game, as they basically power everyone up. I’d like to try a golden apple and see if it makes me strong, too. I also want to know if I’d even be able to eat it – after all, it is made of gold.

A cunning move

Do you know who Nick is? He is a fox and one of the characters from Zootopia. I would like to eat radishes and popsicles with him because that’s what he eats in the movie. I think it would be great to ask him what life in Zootopia is like!
