Write moment for Christmas cheer

Nothing is more important than Christmas cards. In this lonely Christmas, I wish someone would write a Christmas card for me, wishing me a Merry Christmas! It would be a beautiful memory of my youth.

Star attraction on treetop

I think it is the star on top of the Christmas tree. I like it because the star is shining and bright, and stays until the New Year holiday. In my opinion, the star means a new year, a new start. All the bad things in the past year are over. In a new year, we need to do better than in the previous one so we will have good results over the next 12 months.

Only chance to bring whole family together

My favourite thing about Christmas is the big meal with my family. Christmas is the only time my sisters will come back home to have dinner with my father, mother and me. Eating turkey or a cake with them makes me feel better than any other things that have happened in my life.

Music to my ears

My favourite thing about Christmas is the Christmas songs. I like to listen to Christmas carols during this festive season.

Happy get-together

Since Christmas is a big event, my relatives who live abroad will come to Hong Kong to have a reunion dinner. During the dinner, I can happily chat about my daily life and share our ideas on different topics.

Eat turkey, drink chocolate, and be merry

Sipping hot chocolate, tucked under a warm blanket, and watching a Christmas movie with my family. My favourite thing about Christmas is eating. I like eating turkey and Christmas pudding because they are really yummy. Also, I like to go to Tsim Sha Tsui to watch the lights and take photos.

Sharing birthday with someone special

I think the best part about Christmas is being a year older. Since my birthday falls during the Christmas holidays, it’s a double celebration – and double presents – for me. I think it’s pretty cool that Jesus and I have birthdays so close together.

Family is what it’s all about

Christmas is the time to get together and remind ourselves how lucky we are to have friends and family who love us. We may not see our friends and family very often, but at Christmas, they will always be there, enjoying a delicious meal and exchanging presents.

Presents and fun factor

Christmas should be all about opening tonnes of presents right? Too bad I don’t get bucketloads of prezzies. But hey, just the thought of two weeks of no school cheers me up! Time to meet friends, binge watch Girl Meets World, and bake brownies – or more like weird brown stuff. Sadly though, who says Christmas is all about fun? I’ll still have to catch up on some homework ...

Chill-out under blankets

Being able to sleep in until three or four in the afternoon. Christmas is a time to relax, and in this cooler weather, you could just cuddle up into a ball, cover yourself in a big, thick blanket, and sleep for 16 hours a day.
