Mud Race 2019 is a obstacle course brought to you by Young Post and the most fun and down to earth experience ever - literally! 

Grab a bunch of your friends, get out of the classroom and enter as a team, or enter by yourself, to take on the muddy, challenging and varied obstacle course. You can take on the 3.5 km course, or - if you're after something more demanding - the 6 km course.

It doesn't matter if you're doing this to really test yourself or if it's just for fun and laughs with your buddies, just get out there and unleash your potential! 

Enter the Young Post Mud Race 'Up Your Game' Challenge for your chance to work with a personal trainer and nutritionist for two months, and enter the Mud Race!

Age Group

  • Youth (aged 12 - 17)
  • Adult (aged 18 or above)

Race Type:

  1. Casual Category: 3.5km with seven obstacles (for individual/team)
  2. Competitive Category: 6km with seven obstacles (for individual/team)
